The present research was carried out with the general purpose of designing an interpretative structure for empowering sports teachers. It was a mixed research method using qualitative and quantitative methods that was carried out in 1401. In the qualitative part, the nominal interview method was used, and in the quantitative part, the interpretive structural method was used. The statistical population included sports education experts in schools. The requirement for expertise in this research was to have at least a master's degree and at least 10 years of work experience in the field of school sports. The research samples were selected in a purposeful way and the interviews continued until theoretical saturation. After 18 interviews, data saturation was reached, but to be sure, it continued until 21 interviews. After completing the interviews, coding was done using the three-step Charms method, and open, central, and selective codes were identified. The reason for choosing the charms method was the researcher's greater freedom of action in this method to select and identify categories. 491 codes were counted from 21 interviews, after removing duplicate codes, 105 unique open codes remained for the model of empowering sports teachers. To ensure the coding results, open codes were sent to the samples for confirmation. The results of the research data analysis showed that 9 main categories include knowledge management, professional training, personal development and empowerment, continuous evaluation, development of management skills, organizational improvement, career enrichment, development of school sports facilities and equipment, and transformation in the method of recruitment. and promotion, and based on them, a quantitative and qualitative pattern of retirement for the empowerment of sports teachers was designed in 6 levels. The application of this model, while solving the problems related to the recruitment of sports teachers, will provide suitable conditions for the development of their capabilities through a justice-oriented system.

A Sadrian Explanation of the Impact of Physical Readiness on the Perfection of the Soul in the Light of Substantial Motion and Cognitive Neuroscience

Dualistic approaches, especially Descartes's essentialist dualism, which divided the world into two distinct spheres of "thinking substance" and "extended substance", have led to undeniable theoretical dead ends in the interaction and causal relationship between these two spheres. Transcendental wisdom, by basing its philosophical system on principles such as "the originality of existence", "doubt in the levels of existence", "essential movement", "the unity of the rational and the intelligible", and "the physicality of occurrence and the spirituality of the soul's permanence", has transformed the opposing duality between soul and body into a hierarchical and organic unity, in which the body is neither an alien thing, nor a prison for the soul, nor a mere passive instrument, but rather a "lower level of the soul's existence", a "compound" and a "bed of movement". Therefore, any qualitative change in the body, especially through concrete and observable processes such as “physical fitness,” cannot remain unaffected by the levels and powers of the soul. This article, by utilizing the analytical and explanatory capacities of transcendental wisdom, and by systematically linking its deep philosophical concepts with the empirical and interdisciplinary findings of cognitive neuroscience, exercise physiology, and psychology, deals with the philosophical analysis of the mechanisms of the influence of “physical fitness” on the process of “self-improvement.” The main hypothesis of this research is that physical fitness, through three existential and intertwined mechanisms, plays a role directly and indirectly in the process of self-improvement. The first is the adjustment and refinement of the material base, which, by focusing on the concept of the "soul of the body" and its functional adaptation to the complex system of "psychology-nerves-endocrine-immunology," explains how physical fitness, by refining and optimizing the physiological and nervous base, removes perceptual and practical obstacles from the path of self-management and provides a more favorable environment for the emergence of self-perfections. The second is the spread of perfection in intensity, which, relying on the principle of "organizational unity of existence" and "substantial movement of intensity," shows how existential perfections achieved at the level of the body "infect" existentially to higher levels of the self, leading to the strengthening and intensification of powers such as willpower, patience, courage, and moderation of emotions.

The role of sports management in paving the way for the emergence and realization of the Mahdavi community in physical education and sports in the Islamic Republic of Iran

This study was conducted with the aim of explaining the strategic role of sports management in laying the groundwork for the emergence of the promised savior and the realization of the ideal Mahdavi society in the field of physical education and sports of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The descriptive-analytical method was used, using reliable religious sources (Hadith books, Quranic interpretations), upstream documents of the system (Constitution, Vision Document 1404, General Sports Policies), and domestic and foreign scientific research articles. Semi-structured interviews were also conducted with 15 experts in sports management and religious sciences. The data were analyzed with a grounded theory approach and through open, axial, and selective coding. The findings led to the design of a paradigmatic model including 5 main categories (causal conditions, background, intervening, strategies, and consequences) and 15 subcategories. The final results show that sports management can, through changes in goals, structures, and strategies, transform sports from a purely competitive and recreational field into a platform for training the "waiting human force", "spreading justice", and "building Islamic civilization", and act as an effective vanguard in paving the way for the emergence of Imam Mahdi (a.s.). In the era of the emergence of Imam Zaman (a.s.), sports management, as one of the cultural and social pillars of society, requires a fundamental change in structure, goals, and approaches. Focusing on the role of sports in realizing justice, public health, and moral education, this article presents suggestions for redesigning the Islamic physical education system, equitable distribution of facilities, elimination of managerial corruption, and utilization of new technologies. It also emphasizes the capacity of sports in cultural diplomacy and the physical and mental preparation of people to serve in the global government of Imam of the Age (a.s.) And sports management in the era of emergence must serve the advancement of humanity, the unity of the Islamic nation, and the realization of divine values.

The content validity of this questionnaire was investigated using the opinion of university professors and its construct validity was investigated using the factor analysis method. After calculating Cronbach's alpha, the reliability of this questionnaire was determined to be 0.82. In the qualitative part, specialized committees were used to check the validity of believability, transferability, and verifiability, as well as to check the reliability. In order to analyze the data, coding and structural equation method were used. All the process of data analysis was done in SPSS, PLS and MaxQD software.
Results: According to the results, the identified factors were classified into five categories: social attitudes, media bias, football persuasiveness, political approaches and management processes.
Conclusion: The results showed that the phenomenon of financial repression is rooted in five factors: social attitudes, media bias, football persuasiveness, political approaches, and management processes, among which social attitudes have a higher priority. In practice, confronting this phenomenon requires intervention at the level of public attitude formation through national media, reforming the intra-organizational governance of clubs, and creating transparency in financial decision-making processes.
