چکیده English

Introduction: The current research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of social responsibility of Iran's sports and youth departments.

Methods: This research has been carried out in the framework of qualitative approach and by using the foundational data research method. The statistical population of expert participants present in this research includes: general managers of Iran's sports and youth departments, deputy directors of Iran's general sports and youth department, high and middle level employees and experts in the field of social responsibility with articles and publications. The statistical sample was 15 people who were selected for a semi-structured interview as a purposeful sampling. Data were analyzed at the same time as information was collected using the Strauss and Corbin method. The validity of the data was confirmed based on the intra-subject agreement percentage equal to 0.88

Results: The results showed that 130 primary codes with 29 sub-categories and 5 main categories in the format of the five dimensions of the paradigm model including: causal conditions, intervening conditions, background characteristics, strategies and consequences, formed the conceptual model of social responsibility of Iran's sports and youth departments. The integration of categories based on the relationships between them around the axis of social responsibility forms a paradigmatic model; which reflects the pattern of all people involved in social responsibility affairs

Conclusion: Policy making and planning based on the model presented in the research can increase satisfaction with sports and youth departments and public trust. Also, it will create social vitality and create more motivation for athletes.
