Identifying factors affecting the design and construction of green sports facilities

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to identify the effective factors in the design and construction of green sports facilities. The current research method is an application of qualitative research with thematic analysis method. The statistical population of the research included sports management professors, professors and environmental experts, directors of the Ministry of Sports and the National Olympic Committee, directors of sports federations of the country, directors of sports venues and doctoral students of sports management, and the statistical sample was selected from among the members of the community using the purposeful sampling method and Snowballs were selected. The research tool was a semi-structured interview with 15 research experts, which continued until the theoretical saturation stage, the validity of the research was confirmed by the relevant experts, and the reliability of the research was obtained using the within-subject agreement method of 72%. The results showed that this research has 98 sub-themes, which include 8 organizing themes of environmental factors, economic factors, managerial factors, cultural factors, political factors, social factors, regulatory factors, executive factors. In the design of sports facilities, green management solutions should be anticipated and acted in such a way that it has the least possible cost and damage in the future. Also, all plans of sports facilities should have environmental requirements and connections; Therefore, the green management instruction should be communicated from the macro-management levels to the sub-groups, and the implementation of green management in sports facilities should be carried out with encouragement policies and accurate evaluations.
