This study aimed to present the structural equation model of the strategies for the relationship of physical education colleges with sports industry in Iraq. The research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of type, based on structural equation modeling, whose data was collected using questionnaire. The participants included physical education students in Iraq. Data analysis was done by using SPSS version 24 and Smart PLS version 3. The results of prioritizing using Friedman test showed that the most important priority was related to "fundamental strategies" and "strategic thinking" and "interorganizational strategies" were the second and third priorities from the viewpoint of students. According to the findings of current research, it can be stated that by designing, explaining and implementing efficient and applied strategies in the level of university and industry, promoting education and research, fostering human resources in universities and sports industry and using of professionals, fostering the mutual relationship, optimal governance and paying special attention to promote physical education and sports industry.
