Identifying factors affecting the development of talent in children's sports with the approach of educational sports in Iran

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to identify the factors affecting the development of talent in children's sports with thematic analysis approach. The present qualitative research was conducted with thematic analysis method and the statistical population of this research is all the professors of physical education and sports sciences of the country's universities (specifically، sports management and movement behavior)، professors and specialists in education and training، elites of general sports and all There were people who are active in the field of educational sports، public and talent search. The sampling method was purposeful. A semi-structured interview was used. During the interviews with 17 people، the interviews reached the point of theoretical saturation.88 concepts extracted in the form of 22 sub-themes in the coding process and 9 main themes with the title "development of resources and facilities، social conditions، advertising and capital factors، weakness of administrative systems، systemic weaknesses، prosperity، competitiveness، support Financial and economic family، emotional and behavioral support" were classified. Considering the importance of the findings، which is a combination of social، scientific، cultural and educational elements، it is suggested that these elements be included in macro policies and long-term plans in sports and non-sports institutions related to talent acquisition. It is considered as development oriented strategies and each of the concepts should be used as executive mechanisms in order to find a suitable solution to improve the level of sports in national and international dimensions and to improve the position of the country in the new world order
