Abstract:

For the scientific and educational progress in the discussion of sports and to reach the minimum development in this field, the research is in accordance with the statement of the second step of the revolution, the first cornerstone. The purpose of the current research is to implement the model of the statement of the second step of the revolution: science and research in physical education and sports, of I.R. Iran. It is Iran. The current research is qualitative in terms fundamental purpose and strategy. To collect data, interviews with experts documentary methods were used. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the research data; which included library studies, content analysis method and review of 23 studies (internal and external) and in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts and experts in the field of sports management. The statistical population of the research was made up experts related to sports management, including sports and political management of the country, professors and faculty members of universities in the field of sports management. The interviewees were selected by non-random sampling the targeted and accessible type. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The theme analysis method was used to analyze the data. In this method, based on Atrid Sterling's (2001) perspective, the theme network analysis tool was used. The results of the research showed that the factors affecting the headlines of the statement of the second step of the revolution in the dimension of science and research of sports in the country are in three areas (technology and technology, infrastructure, innovation) with 50 basic themes. To implement the statement of the second step of the revolution in physical education and sports, science and technology should be prioritized in line with the country's national sports policies; Also, increasing the share of universities, research centers and knowledge-based companies in order to promote sports should be done; At the same time, the sports officials should make a structure for research and research in the field of sports to solve the current issues of the country's sports. According to the obtained results, it is suggested to hold training courses to empower, improve the knowledge and update the skills of the country's sports managers and people using new technologies. Compile and implement a strategic and comprehensive national program for finding talent and cultivating elites. sports should be done by the ministries of sports and youth and education.
