Digital social entrepreneurship refers to the use of digital technologies to create social change and solve social problems. The aim of this study is to design a business model for social entrepreneurship with a digital approach in the businesses of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth. This research falls under the category of mixed-methods studies, employing grounded theory as the qualitative strategy and survey as the quantitative strategy. The qualitative study population consists of 20 experts and managers from the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Isfahan Province, while the quantitative study population includes 175 managers and employees of sports clubs in Isfahan. After analyzing the findings, the components of opportunity recognition and financing were identified as causal conditions, the development of environmental and managerial components as contextual conditions, entrepreneurship and risk management as intervening conditions, and organizational and individual strategies as necessary strategies for designing the model. Additionally, the development and transfer of entrepreneurship and technological entrepreneurship were recognized as outcomes of designing the business model for social entrepreneurship with a digital approach. Given the estimated path coefficients, it can be stated that the components of the proposed executive model have a positive and significant impact on each other, and the model demonstrates a desirable level of fit. The model presented in this study serves as a framework for the development and promotion of technological entrepreneurship. It can be effective in enhancing the status of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth and plays a significant role in the idea-to-wealth chain.
