The purpose of this study was to design and fit the structural model of emotional labor impact on organizational creativity with mediating role of job stress in sports federations staffs. This descriptive-correlational study was conducted in a sample including 385 employees of sports federations. To collect data, the Yang et al (2019) emotional labor, the Alencar (2014) organizational creativity, and the Akiomi et al (2014) job stress questionnaires were used, formalized their validity, and reliability was obtained, using Cronbach's alpha for the questionnaire on emotional labor, 0/92, job stress, 0/94, and organizational creativity 0/89. Also for face and content validity of the questionnaire and management of sports professionals It was used in the field and construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis. Analyze of data, was done by correlation, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS and LISREL softewares. The results showed that there is a relatively strong correlation between the set of predictor variables and the criterion variable (r = 0.693). According to the results of factor analysis, surface acting has a positive effect on inhibitory stress and a negative effect on the staff creativity; deep acting has a positive effect on the challenging stress and staff creativity; inhibitory stress has a negative effect on staff creativity; and finally, the inhibitory stress variable plays a mediating role in the relationship between surface acting and staff creativity. But the effect of challenging stress variable on organizational creativity as well as the mediating role of this variable on the relationship between deep acting and organizational creativity were not significant (p>0.05). Thus, managers of sport federations need to improve organizational creativity by promoting deep acting among their employees, and to reduce the indirect negative impact of surface acting on staff creativity by taking effective measures to reduce inhibitory stress.
