Introduction
Considering that the Football Federation is the highest official authority in the Iranian football sport and with many stakeholders including international football organizations, league organizations, Premier League football clubs, football schools, business partners, financial sponsors and coaches, referees, players, fans, etc. are related; it is essential to use partner relationship management in a favorable manner in order to maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders, which ultimately leads to reducing football conflicts, drafting contracts, awareness of the common goals of stakeholders, improving the process of providing goods and services, creating joint business activities, and generally creating a suitable value chain within the Football Federation.
Methods
The current research is practical in terms of its purpose and was conducted using a qualitative method using a descriptive phenomenological approach. participants in the research were experts related to the subject. The sampling method was purposeful and snowball, and the sampling was carried out as long as it was possible to extract non-repetitive concepts from the interviews; continued. data collection tool in the qualitative part of the interview was a semi-structured interview, and in order to review and categorize the information, Maxqda software version 20 was used.
Results
Effective factors in the management of relations between partners of the Islamic Republic of Iran Football Federation, including:112 sub-themes in the form of 10 main themes of individual factors, attention to strategies, infrastructure, economic factors, marketing elements, social responsibility, legal, event holding, media, meeting management be.
Conclusion
Partner relationship management in the Football Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as a key strategy, plays a vital role in the success and growth of this institution. Selecting the right partners based on criteria such as: expertise and alignment with the organization’s goals is the first step in strengthening these relationships. Establishing effective and two-way communication, providing necessary training, and providing technical support are other effective factors in this field. Also, paying attention to transparency and discipline in strategies, including careful planning and controlling expectations, helps the federation to effectively achieve its goals. Economic and financial factors such as: establishing strong relationships with sponsors and transparency in financial management, help to secure resources and implement projects. Compliance with laws and regulations and drafting transparent contracts maintain the federation’s reputation and strengthen the trust of partners. Social responsibilities and promoting ethical principles also help to improve the federation’s image in society. Holding events in compliance with safety and quality principles facilitates the attraction of spectators and partners, and the media, as effective communication tools, reinforce the positive image of the federation. Finally, effective management of meetings and interactions with stakeholders helps improve decision-making and increase productivity.
