ارتباط نفوذ اجتماعی روساء با نیرومند سازی پرسنل کمیته ملی المپیک

چکیده
مقدمه : توانمندسازی پرسنل به عنوان یکی از اصول مدیریت در سازمان های پیشرو مطرح شده است، از این رو محققان و رهبران در سراسر جهان از توانمندسازی پرسنل حمایت می کنند، زیرا به سازمان ها کمک می کند تا با سایر رقبای خود در بازارهای رقابتی با موفقیت رقابت کنند. بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق تعیین رابطه بین نفوذ اجتماعی رهبران و تقویت پرسنل کمیته ملی المپیک است.
روش : پژوهش حاضر یک تحقیق توصیفی و بر اساس روش گردآوری داده ها می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه پرسنل کمیته ملی المپیک کشور که دارای مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی ارشد و بالاتر در رشته مدیریت المپیک بوده اند، تشکیل می دهند، با توجه به اطلاعات به دست آمده از واحد امور اداری کمیته ملی تعداد 86 نفر بر اساس نمونه گیری کل تعیین شدند. تعداد، تمامی افراد به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شده اند، در این پژوهش برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه تأثیر اجتماعی یوکل (2002) و پرسشنامه توانمندسازی پرسنل اسپریتزر (PEQ) استفاده شد و بر اساس نظرات اعضای دانشگاهی مدیریت ورزشی تأیید شد. و برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه های مورد استفاده در این تحقیق، آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 و به ترتیب 0.92. 0.88 استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون و نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد.
یافته : نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که ضریب بین نفوذ اجتماعی رهبران و تقویت کارکنان کمیته ملی برابر با 290/0 در سطح معناداری 000/0 است. چون سطح معناداری کمتر از میزان خطای 01.01 است، بنابراین فرض وجود رابطه معنادار بین نفوذ اجتماعی رهبران و تقویت پرسنل کمیته ملی المپیک با اطمینان 99 درصد تایید می شود.
بحث و نتیجه گیری : روسای کمیته ملی المپیک باید روش تعامل و ارتباط دو طرفه را به پرسنل نشان دهند تا با آنها بهتر بتوانند همکاری کنند و در نهایت راه های پیشرفت شغلی را برای ایشان توضیح دهند و محیطی را فراهم کنند که پرسنل نگرانی های خود را بیان کنند زیرا این امر بر توانمندی پرسنل مؤثر است و آن را تقویت می کند و باعث موفقیت سازمان می شود.

Determining the Relationship between Presidents' Social Influence and the Empowerment of Iran NOCs' Employees

Introduction:
Personnel empowerment has been proposed as one of the management principles in leading organizations, so researchers and leaders around the world support personnel empowerment, because it helps organizations to successfully compete with other competitors in competitive markets. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the social influence of the leaders and the strengthening of the personnel of the National Olympic Committee.
Methods
The current research is a descriptive research based on the method of data collection. The statistical population of the research consisted of all the personnel of the National Olympic Committee of the country who had a master's degree or higher in the field of Olympic management, according to the information obtained from the administrative affairs unit of the National Committee, the number of 86 people was determined based on the total sampling. Number, all people have been selected as a statistical sample, in this research to collect information from Yukel's Social Influence Questionnaire (2002) and Spritzer's Personnel Empowerment Questionnaire (PEQ) were used and were approved based on the opinions of academic members of sports management, and to determine the reliability of the questionnaires used in this research, Cronbach's alpha was 0.92 and 0.92, respectively. 0.88 has been used. For data analysis Kolmogorov-Smirnov test as well as Pearson correlation test and regression analysis test and SPSS software were used.
Results:
The results of the research showed that the coefficient between the social influence of the leaders and the strengthening of the personnel of the National Committee is equal to 0.290 at a significant level of 0.000. Because the level of significance is less than the error rate of 01.01, therefore, the assumption of a significant relationship between the social influence of the leaders and the strengthening of the personnel of the National Olympic Committee is confirmed with 99% confidence.
Conclusion:
The Presidents should show them the method of interaction and two-way communication in order to cooperate with the employees and finally explain the ways of career advancement to the employees and provide an environment where employees to tell their concerns; Encourage the employees to say their suggestions freely, because this is effective on the capability of the personnel and strengthens it and leads to the success of the organization.
