Determining the Relationship between Presidents' Social Influence and the Empowerment of Iran NOCs' Employees

Abstract
Introduction:
Personnel empowerment has been proposed as one of the management principles in leading organizations, so researchers and leaders around the world support personnel empowerment, because it helps organizations to successfully compete with other competitors in competitive markets. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the social influence of the leaders and the strengthening of the personnel of the National Olympic Committee.
Methods
The current research is a descriptive research based on the method of data collection. The statistical population of the research consisted of all the personnel of the National Olympic Committee of the country who had a master's degree or higher in the field of Olympic management, according to the information obtained from the administrative affairs unit of the National Committee, the number of 86 people was determined based on the total sampling. Number, all people have been selected as a statistical sample, in this research to collect information from Yukel's Social Influence Questionnaire (2002) and Spritzer's Personnel Empowerment Questionnaire (PEQ) were used and were approved based on the opinions of academic members of sports management, and to determine the reliability of the questionnaires used in this research, Cronbach's alpha was 0.92 and 0.92, respectively. 0.88 has been used. For data analysis Kolmogorov-Smirnov test as well as Pearson correlation test and regression analysis test and SPSS software were used.
Results:
The results of the research showed that the coefficient between the social influence of the leaders and the strengthening of the personnel of the National Committee is equal to 0.290 at a significant level of 0.000. Because the level of significance is less than the error rate of 01.01, therefore, the assumption of a significant relationship between the social influence of the leaders and the strengthening of the personnel of the National Olympic Committee is confirmed with 99% confidence.
Conclusion:
The Presidents should show them the method of interaction and two-way communication in order to cooperate with the employees and finally explain the ways of career advancement to the employees and provide an environment where employees to tell their concerns; Encourage the employees to say their suggestions freely, because this is effective on the capability of the personnel and strengthens it and leads to the success of the organization.
