Identifying factors affecting the development of labor sports in Iran

Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of the research was to identify the factors affecting the development of labor sports in Iran.

Methods: First, by conducting an in-depth interview with 12 experts, initial coding was done, then categorization and factors affecting the development of labor sports in Iran were extracted, and in the second step, the effective factors were calculated, compiled in the form of a closed questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and It was shared among 8 experts using the Delphi method, and after completing the questionnaire and providing opinions by the experts, the effective factors of editing, aggregation, deletion and according to Kendall's coordination coefficient, after reaching a group agreement, the Delphi process with two rounds were completed and effective factors were extracted.

Results: Awareness and training of employers, paying attention to the special needs of different labor groups, networking and creating sports associations, sports-oriented culture in workplaces, development of native and traditional sports, psychological support, access to information and educational resources, financing and investment attraction, technology and innovation in sports, motivation, safety, international participation and learning from global experiences, planning and strategic management, research, synergy and social participation, support policies as factors that were identified as effective in the development of labor sports in Iran.

Conclusion: Based on the presented model, it can be said that the development of working sports in the country is developed by a chain of factors and the synergy and cooperation of various institutions, the results of which will be tangible for companies
