چکیده

مقدمه : ورزش قهرمانی زنان ایران با وجود پتانسیل بالا، همچنان با چالش‌های متعددی مانند محدودیت‌های ساختاری، کمبود حمایت مالی و نابرابری‌های جنسیتی مواجه است. این شکاف‌ها نیازمند تحلیل دقیق‌تری از ذینفعان مختلف و ارائه راهکارهای عملی برای توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان هستند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی و تحلیل سناریوهای مختلف آینده ورزش قهرمانی زنان ایران است تا با استفاده از رویکردهای پیشرفته آینده‌پژوهی و سناریونویسی، به رفع این شکاف‌ها کمک کند.

روش : در این پژوهش از روش منطق شهودی و سناریوی انتقادی استفاده شد. طی این روش، ابتدا چهار سناریوی مختلف برای توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان تدوین و سپس اهداف و استراتژی‌های ذینفعان کلیدی مانند دولت، فدراسیون‌ها، رسانه‌ها و ورزشکاران مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. داده‌های این تحقیق از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از 100 نفر از ذینفعان اصلی جمع‌آوری شد.

یافته : یافته‌ها نشان داد که دولت به عنوان اصلی‌ترین ذینفع با قدرت اجرایی بالا، نقشی کلیدی در تأمین بودجه و توسعه زیرساخت‌های ورزشی دارد. همچنین، همکاری بین رسانه‌ها و فدراسیون‌های ورزشی می‌تواند به افزایش آگاهی عمومی و مشارکت بیشتر خانواده‌ها در حمایت از ورزش زنان منجر شود.

بحث و نتیجه گیری : نتیجه‌گیری نهایی این است که توسعه پایدار ورزش قهرمانی زنان در ایران نیازمند همکاری گسترده بین ذینفعان مختلف و استفاده از استراتژی‌های چندگانه است. تمرکز بر جذب سرمایه‌گذاری، بهبود زیرساخت‌ها و افزایش پوشش رسانه‌ای از جمله راهکارهای موثر برای پیشرفت در این حوزه است.

Future Scenarios of Women's Elite Sports in Iran: Intuitive Logic-Based Scenario Planning and a Critical Approach

چکیده English

Introduction: The field of women’s elite sports in Iran, despite its high potential, still faces several challenges such as structural limitations, lack of financial support, and gender inequalities. These gaps require a thorough analysis of various stakeholders and practical strategies for advancing women's elite sports. The main objective of this study is to explore and analyze different future scenarios for the development of women’s elite sports in Iran, using advanced foresight methods and scenario planning to address these gaps.

Methods: This study employed the Intuitive Logics (IL) and Critical Scenario Method (CSM) approaches. First, four different scenarios for the future of women’s elite sports were developed, and then the goals and strategies of key stakeholders, such as the government, sports federations, media, and athletes, were analyzed. Data for this research were collected through purposive sampling from 100 key stakeholders.

Results: The findings revealed that the government, as the primary stakeholder with high executive power, plays a key role in providing funding and improving sports infrastructure. Additionally, cooperation between the media and sports federations can enhance public awareness and increase family participation in supporting women's sports.

Conclusion: The final conclusion is that sustainable development of women’s elite sports in Iran requires extensive collaboration among various stakeholders and the implementation of multifaceted strategies. Focusing on attracting investments, improving infrastructure, and increasing media coverage are among the effective strategies for progress in this field.
