Abstract
The purpose of this study was the design a paradigm model for attracting donors to the development of the sport. The research method is qualitative and is based on Grounded Theory with a systematic approach. For collecting the data semi-structured interview method was used. Data analysis was performed by Strauss and Corbin method (1998). The statistical population included faculty members, Ph.D. students in sports management, national charities and experts from endowment organizations, managers, and experts from the General Directorate of Sports and Youth. The sampling method was initially targeted and then snowball. Twenty-six in-depth and semi-structured exploratory interviews were conducted and continued until the theoretical saturation stage. in the form of a paradigm model, the results showed that  12 main elements were found as effective elements in attracting the donorchr('39')s participation, which are: causal factors (religious motivational suggestions), basis factors(socio-cultural, Structures, supportive - religious contexts), interventional factors (political-security values, attitude, past performances), strategies(specialization of people participations), consequences(enhancing of positive effects of people participations). The attraction of donorschr('39') participation in sport for Sports development is recognized as a vital element. The results showed that creating coordination between departments to solve the problems of charitable participation, the sympathy of sports-related bodies, holding meetings with trustees and clerics to justify and express the importance of sports, were among the factors attracting charities for sports development. It is suggested that to attract the participation of benefactors for the development of sports, an interpretation of religious narrations and hadiths be found that indicates the importance of sports. Also, identify and develop factors that motivate sports philanthropists
