Confirmatory factor analysis methods and structural equation modeling using PLS software were used to analyze the data.
Findings: The model presented in this study included causal conditions (components of the need to pay attention to changes and developments and the necessity of developing talents), the category of contextual conditions (component of the internal environment), the category of intervening conditions (components of effective coaches, club support and backing, and management obstacles), the central category (component of sports entrepreneurship), the category of strategies (components of improving athletes' capabilities, employing new coaches, interacting with other countries, and an equipped sports environment), and the category of consequences (components of changing values in the General Sports Federation and the dynamics of the sports economy) (P<0.001).
