چکیده
چکیده:

برای پیشرفت علمی و آموزشی در بحث ورزش و رسیدن به حداقل های توسعه یافتگی در این حوزه، پژوهش مطابق با بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب سنگ بنای اولیه می باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر الگوی پیاده سازی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب: علم و پژوهش درتربیت بدنی و ورزش ج.ا. ایران است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف بنیادی و از نظر استراتژی کیفی می باشد. جمع آوری داده ها از روش مصاحبه با خبرگان و روش اسنادی استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده های تحقیق از روش تحلیل مضمون بهره گرفته شد؛ که شامل مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، روش تحلیل محتوا و بررسی 23پژوهش(داخلی و خارجی) و مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته با19 نفر خبره و صاحب‌نظر در حوزه مدیریت ورزشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه خبرگان مرتبط با مدیریت ورزشی شامل مدیریت کلان ورزشی و سیاسی کشور، اساتید و اعضا هیئت علمی دانشگاه ها رشته مدیریت ورزشی تشکیل می‌دادند. افراد مصاحبه‌شونده به روش نمونه‌گیری غیر تصادفی از نوع هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد در این روش بر اساس دیدگاه آترید استرلینگ(2001) از ابزار تحلیل شبکه مضامین استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد عوامل موثر بر سرفصل های بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب دربعد علم و پژوهش ورزش کشور در سه حیطه (تکنولوژی و فناوری، زیرساخت، نوآوری) با 50 مضامین پایه می باشد. برای پیاده سازی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب درتربیت بدنی و ورزش باید الویت گذاری علم و فناوری در راستای خط مشی های کلان ملی ورزش کشور انجام گیرد؛ همچنین افزایش سهم دانشگاه ها، مراکز پژوهشی و شرکت های دانش بنیان در جهت ارتقاء ورزش باید انجام گیرد؛ در ضمن مسئولین ورزش باید ساختاری برای پژوهش و تحقیق در حوزه ورزش برای حل مسائل جاری ورزش کشور انجام دهند. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده پیشنهاد می گردد برگزاری دوره های آموزشی جهت توانمندسازی، ارتقای دانش و به روزرسانی مهارت های مدیران و اهالی ورزش کشور با استفاده از فناوری های نوین انجام گیرد.تدوین و اجرای برنامه راهبردی و جامع ملی برای استعدادیابی و پرورش نخبگان ورزشی از سوی وزارتین ورزش و جوانان و آموزش و پرورش انجام گیرد.

چکیده English

Abstract:

For the scientific and educational progress in the discussion of sports and to reach the minimum development in this field, the research is in accordance with the statement of the second step of the revolution, the first cornerstone. The purpose of the current research is to implement the model of the statement of the second step of the revolution: science and research in physical education and sports, of I.R. Iran. It is Iran. The current research is qualitative in terms fundamental purpose and strategy. To collect data, interviews with experts documentary methods were used. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the research data; which included library studies, content analysis method and review of 23 studies (internal and external) and in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts and experts in the field of sports management. The statistical population of the research was made up experts related to sports management, including sports and political management of the country, professors and faculty members of universities in the field of sports management. The interviewees were selected by non-random sampling the targeted and accessible type. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The theme analysis method was used to analyze the data. In this method, based on Atrid Sterling's (2001) perspective, the theme network analysis tool was used. The results of the research showed that the factors affecting the headlines of the statement of the second step of the revolution in the dimension of science and research of sports in the country are in three areas (technology and technology, infrastructure, innovation) with 50 basic themes. To implement the statement of the second step of the revolution in physical education and sports, science and technology should be prioritized in line with the country's national sports policies; Also, increasing the share of universities, research centers and knowledge-based companies in order to promote sports should be done; At the same time, the sports officials should make a structure for research and research in the field of sports to solve the current issues of the country's sports. According to the obtained results, it is suggested to hold training courses to empower, improve the knowledge and update the skills of the country's sports managers and people using new technologies. Compile and implement a strategic and comprehensive national program for finding talent and cultivating elites. sports should be done by the ministries of sports and youth and education.
